摘  要:在低世代筛选具有优质潜力的株系是水稻优质育种的关键。为了建立适合于吉林省粳稻品种的食味评价体系,本研究利用26对食味相关分子标记对25份适合吉林省种植的水稻品种进行了基因分型,同时利用日本佐竹食味计测定了食味值,并推导出线性回归方程模型。研究结果表明,26对分子标记中6对引物基因分型结果与米饭食味值显著相关,线性回归方程模型预测值和实际值之间极显著相关(R2值为0.775)。为了验证线性回归方程的通用性,对另外30份吉林省水稻品系/品种进行了食味评价。结果表明基于6对分子标记基因分型数据与线性回归方程的预测食味值与实际测定食味值显著相关(R=0.463),表明该回归模型可适用于吉林省粳稻品系/品种食味值的预测。6对分子标记与线性回归方程模型可作为吉林省水稻食味评价体系,为水稻优质育种提供理论与应用基础。Evaluation of rice grain quality in early breeding generations of rice is critical to high quality rice breeding.In the present study,palatability evaluation system of japonica rice varieties in Jilin province was established.For this purpose,DNA markers associated with palatability were screened and then multiple regression analysis was performed.A total of 26 pairs of molecular markers comprising STSs,SNPs,and SSRs were tested for their association with palatability using 25 cooked japonica rice varieties in Jilin Province,and some physicoc-hemical properties of these varieties were also measured.The results showed that 6 pairs of molecular markers were significantly correlated with palatability,thereby a linear regression equation model(R2=0.775)was established.Validation of the linear regression equation model using another 30 japonica rice varieties in Jilin province indicated that the predicted palatability values based on 6 pairs of molecular marker genotyping was significantly correlated with the actual palatability values(R=0.463),indicating that the regression model could be applied to predict palatability values of japonica rice varieties in Jilin province.In conclusion,6 pairs of molecular markers and linear regression equation model could be used as the palatability evaluation system for japonica rice varieties in Jilin province.It will provide theoretical and applied basis for high quality rice breeding.
