摘  要:芸苔属以包含十字花科多种中重要的农业和园艺作物而闻名,而芸薹属霜霉病一直是危害全世界芸薹属作物的重要病害。本综述通过介绍近年来国内外芸薹属霜霉病相关研究进展,主要从不同芸薹属作物的子叶期接种、苗期接种和离体接种及鉴定方法、抗病遗传规律及芸薹属霜霉病相关抗性基因等研究领域,阐述了芸薹属霜霉病目前的发展进程;分析了目前芸薹属霜霉病研究中存在的主要问题;并对今后的发展趋势进行了展望,为芸薹属作物霜霉病防治及抗病品种选育提供工作思路和理论参考。The genus Brassica is known for its important agricultural and horticultural crops in Brassicaceae,and downy mildew is always a highly destructive disease of Brassica species in all Brassica-growing areas of the world.This review introduced domestic and overseas advance of Brassica downy mildew in recent years,which mainly from cotyledon stage,seedling stage,%in vitro vaccination and identification of different Brassica crops.In this paper,the genetic law of resistance and the resistance genes related to Brassica downy mildew were studied,and the current development process of downy mildew of Brassica was described.The main problems existing in the study of Brassica downy mildew at present were analyzed,and the development trend in the future was prospected.This study provides a theoretical reference for the prevention and control of downy mildew and the breeding of resistant varieties of Brassica.
