摘 要:为明确植物生长调节剂对机插早稻秧苗生长特性的影响,筛选适宜水稻育秧的植物生长调节剂类型及浓度。以‘株两优189’和‘中嘉早17’为材料,分析多效唑、CPPU、2,4-D、GA3喷施对水稻秧苗素质的影响。结果表明:多效唑能显著增加秧苗绿叶数、白根数、总根数、茎基宽,且控高效果明显,有利于培育适宜机插的矮壮秧苗,以150 mg/L处理最佳;0.2~1 mg/L CPPU和0.2 mg/L 2,4-D喷施处理的秧苗素质优于对照处理,但两者控高效果均不明显;GA3能增加秧苗叶龄、绿叶数、白根数及总根数,但会使秧苗徒长,不利于机插。由此表明,多效唑C1、C2处理与2,4-D的C2处理能在有效控制秧苗苗高,增强水稻秧苗素质方面达到较好效果,为适宜机械化生产的育秧技术提供了一种新方法。To investigate the effects of plant growth regulators on the growth characteristics of machine-inserted early rice seedlings,the types and concentrations of plant growth regulators suitable for rice seedlings were screened.The effects of paclobutrazol,CPPU,2,4-D and GA3 spraying on the quality of rice seedlings were analyzed with’Zhuliangyou 189’and’Zhongjiazao17’as materials.The results showed that paclobutrazol could significantly increase the number of green leaves,white roots,total roots and stem base width of seedlings,and the effect of controlling high efficiency was obvious.It was beneficial to cultivate short and strong seedlings suitable for mechanical transplantation,and 150 mg/L treatment was the best;0.2~1 mg/L CPPU and 0.2 mg/L 2,4-D spraying treatment had better seedling quality than the control treatment,but the effect of controlling high efficiency was not obvious;GA3 could increase the age of leaf and the number of green leaves of seedlings.The number of white roots and total roots will make the seedlings grow longer,which is not conducive to machine transplant.These treatments can achieve good results in effectively controlling the seedling height and improving the quality of rice seedlings,such as paclobutrazol C1,C2 treatment and 2,4-D C2 treatment.This study provides theoretical guidance for cultivating rice seedling raising technology suitable for mechanized production.
