摘 要:磷高效柑橘砧木筛选对解决柑橘生产中的土壤磷素缺乏和地力维护等农业问题有重要意义。本研究通过检测实生幼苗植株在低磷和高磷条件下的生物量与磷含量等生理指标,分析了枳、枳橙、酸橙和酸橘的磷营养效率。结果表明,无论是在低磷还是高磷条件下,植株的干重生物量均表现为酸橙最大,但随着生长时间的延长,酸橙与枳橙的根部干重差别渐小;在高磷条件下植株的总磷量表现为酸橙>枳橙>酸橘>枳,在低磷条件下植株的总磷量表现为酸橙≈枳橙>酸橘≈枳;无论是在高磷培养基还是在低磷培养基上,酸橘的根部磷量与冠部磷量比值均明显高于枳、枳橙和酸橙。这些结果表明,酸橙和枳橙植株的磷吸收能力较强,酸橘从根部向冠部的磷转运效率较低,从磷营养利用效率而言,在柑橘生产上选择酸橙和枳橙较为适宜。Rootstocks with high phosphate-efficient is essential for solving agricultural problems,such as soil phosphate deficiency and soil maintenance in orange production.In this study,the phosphate nutrient efficiencies of Poncirus trifoliate,Citrange,Citrus anrantium and Citrus reticulata were analyzed by measuring the biomass and phosphate content in seedlings under low phosphate and high phosphate conditions.The results showed that the dry weight of Citrus anrantium was the highest both in high phosphate and low phosphate conditions,and there were gradually no differences on dry weight of roots between Citrus anrantium and Citrange as growth time increased.The total phosphate showed Citrus anrantium>Citrange>Citrus reticulata>Poncirus trifoliate in high phosphate condition,and Citrus anrantium≈Citrange>Citrus reticulata≈Poncirus trifoliate when plants grown on low phosphate medium.Whether in high-phosphate or low-phosphate condition,the ratio of root to shoot about phosphate content in Citrus reticulata was the highest.These results indicated that the phosphate absorption capacities of Citrus anrantium and Citrange were stronger,and the efficiency of phosphate transport was lower in Citrus reticulata.In terms of plant phosphate efficiency,the choices for Citrus anrantium and Citrange as rootstocks in orange production may be more suitable.
