摘 要:茄子(Solanum melongena L.)是重要的果菜类蔬菜之一。本研究通过比较分析土壤消毒剂配施微生物有机肥及生防菌剂对植株生长发育、叶绿素含量、根系活力和产量的影响,评估该技术对设施茄子连作障碍的防控效果,以改善甘肃省白银市日光温室茄子种植区连作普遍现象和连作障碍严重的现状。试验共设置9个处理:对照(CK)、石灰氮熏蒸(SFS)、威百亩熏蒸(SFW)、微生物有机肥处理(BF)、枯草芽孢杆菌处理(KF)、威百亩熏蒸与微生物有机肥联用(SFW+BF)、石灰氮熏蒸与微生物有机肥联用(SFS+BF)、威百亩熏蒸与枯草芽孢杆菌联用(SFW+KF)、石灰氮熏蒸与枯草芽孢杆菌联用(SFS+KF)。结果表明,与CK相比,除SFW、BF处理外,其他各处理均显著提高茄子的产量(p<0.05)。其中以SFS+BF与SFS+KF处理效果最优,与CK相比,产量分别显著增加13.90%与9.32%,茄子幼苗鲜重分别显著增加12.58%和11.41%,幼苗干重分别显著增加51.10%和34.53%,幼苗叶绿素含量分别增加35.24%和21.46%,根系活力分别显著提高33.08%和26.92%。综合分析表明:土壤消毒剂配施微生物有机肥及生防菌剂可以有效地改善连作茄子根系吸收能力,提高叶片光合作用性能,进而促进植株生长,增加产量,缓解设施茄子连作障碍,其中SFS+BF效果最佳,其次为SFS+KF、SFW+BF、SFW+KF。研究结果可为白银市日光温室种植区茄子连作障碍的防控提供技术指导和科学依据。Eggplant(Solanum melongena L)is one of the mostimportant fruit vegetables.It is a common tillage of eggplant replanting in the solar greenhouse in baiyin county,gansu province of western China.In this study,the effects of soil disinfectant combined with microbial organic fertilizer and biocontrol agents on plant growth and development,chlorophyll content,root activity and yield were compared and analyzed,and the prevention and control effect of this technology on continuous cropping obstacle of facility eggplant was evaluated,so as to improve the current situation of continuous cropping common phenomenon and serious continuous cropping obstacle in sunlight greenhouse eggplant planting area in Baiyin city of Gansu province.We designed nine treatments as following:control(CK),soil fumigation using metham-sodium(SFW),soil fumigation using lime nitrogen(SFS),bio-organic fertilizer(BF),Bacillus subtilis(KF),a combination of SFW and bio-organic fertilizer application(SFW+BF),combination of SFS and bio-organic fertilizer application(SFS+BF),a combination of SFW and Bacillus subtilis application(SFW+KF),and a combination of SFS and Bacillus subtilis application(SFS+KF).Compared with CK,except SFW and BF treatment,all other treatments significantly increased the yield of eggplant(p<0.05),and among them,SFS+BF and SFS+KF have the best effect,which significantly increased the yield(13.90%and 9.32%,respectively),seedling fresh weight(12.58%and 11.41%,respectively),seedling dry weight(51.10%and 34.53%,respectively),the chlorophyll content(35.24%and 21.46%,respectively)and root activity(33.08%and 26.92%,respectively).The conclusions of this study indicate that soil fumigation combined with microbial organic fertilizer and biocontrol agent can effectively improve the growth of continuous cropping eggplant,and alleviate this continuous cropping obstacle in the eggplant replant in facility.Among them,SFS+BF have the best effect,followed by SFS+KF,SFW+BF and SFW+KF.This study provides technical guidance and scientific basis for th
