摘  要:为了解水泥混凝土面板破碎料作为半刚性基层材料的力学性能,在室内完成了水泥混凝土路面板破碎料与石灰岩的压碎值、击实、无侧限抗压强度及劈裂强度等物理力学指标的对比试验,结果表明:水泥混凝土路面板破碎料的针片状、压碎值等指标均满足规范要求;水泥混凝土路面板破碎料的最佳含水率较大,同时无侧限抗压强度及劈裂强度均较石灰岩高;水泥混凝土路面板破碎料可作为基层材料,后期使用阶段具有良好的服役状态,力学指标可满足高速及一级公路重载交通的规范要求。In order to realize the application of cement concrete slab crushed materials in semi-rigid base course,the comparative tests of crushing value,compaction test,unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength between crushed materials and limestone are carried out in laboratory.The results show that the indexes such as needle flake shape and crushing value of crushed materials meet the requirements of the code.The result shows that the optimum water content of crushed materials is higher than that of limestone,and the unconfined compressive strength and splitting strength of crushed materials are higher than that of limestone aggregate,and the crushed material can be used as the base material,and it has a good service state in the later stage of use,which can meet the requirements of the semi-rigid base of the expressway and the first-class heavy traffic highway.
