摘 要:[目的]分析佛手散分煎液与合煎液的中有效成分,为该方的质量控制及临床应用提供科学依据。[方法]采用HPLC法测定佛手散分煎液和合煎液中绿原酸、咖啡酸、阿魏酸、洋川芎内酯A、藁本内酯等5种有效成分。色谱柱:Atlantis T3柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:不同比例的甲醇—0.2%醋酸水溶液(5∶95→90∶10),采用梯度洗脱;流速0.8 ml/min;柱温25℃;检测波长280 nm;进样量10μl。[结果]佛手散分煎液与合煎液化学组成基本一致,但各成分的溶出量有所差异,合煎比分煎更利于5种有效成分的溶出。[结论]佛手散分煎与合煎对有效成分的溶出有一定的影响,在临床应用时应予以考虑。[Objective]To study on the effective components in single decoction and mixed decoction of Fos⁃housan,and provide scientific basis for the quality control and clinical application.[Methods]HPLC method was used to determine the content of five active components as chlorogenic acid,caffeic acid,ferulic acid,Senkyunolide A and ligustilide in the Foshousan decoction.Chromatography column:Atlantis T3 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);mobile phase:different ratios of methanol-0.2%aqueous acetic acid solution(5∶95→90∶10),gradient elu⁃tion;flow rate 0.8 ml/min;Column temperature 25℃;detection wavelength 280 nm;injection volume 10μl.[Re⁃sults]The chemical composition in the single decoction were basically identical with that of the mixed decoction,but the dissolution proportion and quantity were different.The experimental results showed that mixed decoction was beneficial to dissolve out the effective components in the Foshousan decoction.[Conclusion]Single decoction and mixed decoction have effects on the dissolution of the effective components in the Foshousan decoction.It should be considered in clinical application.
