摘 要:介绍了某催化裂化装置(FCCU)大比例掺炼焦化蜡油(CGO)生产运行情况。分析了CGO特性及其对FCC反应的影响。采取了一系列的改造措施,包括更改再生立管结构、汽提器结构改造、主风分布器更换、强化再生器烧焦效果和优化工艺参数,CGO掺炼比由15%提高至25%。新的工艺条件下,液化石油气收率上升3.64百分点,液化石油气中丙烯体积分数提升53%,汽油收率上升7.64百分点,柴油收率降低10.08百分点,轻质油收率降低2.44百分点,总液体收率增大1.20百分点,转化率提高11.61百分点,产品分布改善,经济效益显著提高。汽油辛烷值上升,柴油密度增大,十六烷值降低。油浆固含量和密度上升,不再适合作为FCC和焦化原料,防止油浆重组分在FCCU和焦化装置之间形成恶性循环。The operation of FCCU with larger proportion blending of coker gas oil(CGO)was investigated.Characteristics of CGO and its effect on FCC reaction were analyzed.A series of modification measures were taken,including reconstruction of regenerated standpipe,revamping of the stripper structure,replacement of main air distributor,enhancement of burning capacity of regenerator and optimization of process parameters.CGO blending ratio increased from 15%to 25%.Under the new process conditions,products yields was significantly improved.Yields of LPG and gasoline increased by 3.64 percentage points and 7.64 percentage points respectively.The propylene content in LPG increased by 53%.Yields of diesel and light oil decreased by 10.08 percentage points and 2.44 percentage points.Total liquid yields and conversion rate increased by 1.20 percentage points and 11.61 percentage points respectively.The product distribution was improved,and the economic benefit was significantly improved.Meanwhile,octane number of gasoline and diesel density increased with the hexadecane number decreased.Due to the increase of solid content and density,slurry was no longer suitable as raw materials for FCC and coking.preventing the formation of a vicious cycle between the FCCU and coking unit.
