摘  要:电脱盐系统是常减压装置的第一道工序,也是装置维持安全平稳运行的基本保障。近年来,中国石油玉门油田公司炼油化工总厂加工原油重质化、劣质化现象日趋明显,盐含量、硫含量及酸值也越来越高,过乳化现象频繁出现。同时,由于原油中固含量的增加,装置超声波破乳的运行效果欠佳。这些问题的存在对电脱盐系统造成了极大的冲击,严重危害全装置的平稳运行。介绍了智能响应交直流电脱盐技术的优势及特点,分析比较了该炼油厂常减压装置采用该技术前后的脱盐效果,并筛选合适的破乳剂,采用注剂与超声波破乳相结合的方式,提升电脱盐系统的运行水平。技术应用后,该装置脱后含盐平均值1.660 mgNaCl/L,小于2 mgNaCl/L的数据占比为90%,成功达到深度脱盐的目标。同时,排污含油平均质量浓度达到204 mg/L,明显降低,对装置降低脱损,减轻下游污水处理的压力意义重大。The electric desalting system is the first process of atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit,and also the basic guarantee for the safe and stable operation of the unit.In recent years,the phenomenon of heavy and inferior crude oil processing in our plant was becoming more and more obvious.Salt content,sulfur content,acid content of the crude oil were also getting higher and higher,and the phenomenon of over emulsification occurred frequently.At the same time,due to the increase of solid content in crude oil,the operation effect of ultrasonic demulsification was not good.The existence of these problems had a great impact on the electric desalting system and seriously endangered the steady operation of the whole plant.The advantages and characteristics of intelligent response AC/DC electric desalting technology were introduced.It analyzed and compared the desalting effect before and after the application of the technology in the atmospheric and vacuum unit of a refinery.The appropriate demulsifier was selected,and the operation level of electric desalting system is improved by combining injection with ultrasonic demulsification.After the application of technology,the average salt content of the unit after desalting was 1.660 mgNaCl/L,and the data less than 2 mgNaCl/L accounted for 90%,which successfully achieved the goal of deep desalting.Meanwhile,The average value of oil content in sewage was 204 mg/L,which was significant reduced.It had a great significance to reduce the loss of the unit and the pressure of the downstream sewage treatment.
