早期抗凝在急性一氧化碳中毒救治中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：分析早期抗凝在急性一氧化碳中毒救治中的应用效果。选择2018年9月—2019年9月来黑龙江省第二医院救治的144例中重度急性一氧化碳中毒患者为研究对象,将其分为两组,每组各72例。对照组入院后接受常规高压氧治疗以及吸氧治疗,同时启动凝血监测机制,为其开展低分子肝素治疗。观察组接受高压氧治疗和吸氧治疗,同时联合早期抗凝治疗,分析两组的治疗结果。结果显示,对照组D-二聚体峰值为(5.15±1.11)mg/L,观察组为(0.98±0.66)mg/L,观察组的D-二聚体峰值、血栓以及DEACMP发生率均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组的出血发生率和入院后1 d的ST-T改变、心动过速无显著差异(P>0.05)。与对照组相比,观察组干预后3 d、7 d的ST-T改变,心动过速差异显著(P<0.05)。对急性一氧化碳中毒患者以常规治疗为基础,对其开展早期抗凝治疗,安全性强,治疗有效率高,能够取得满意成效。The paper analyzed the application effect of early anti-freezing in treatment and cure of acute carbon monoxide poisoning.144 patients with acute carbon monoxide poisoning of moderate-severe degree in the Second Hospital of Heilongjiang Province from Sep.2018 to Sep.2019 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups,with 72 cases in each group.The control group received routine hyperbaric oxygen therapy,oxygen uptake treatment,and low molecular heparin by blood coagulation monitoring mechanism.The observation group received hyperbaric oxygen therapy,oxygen uptake treatment,and early anti-freezing treatment.The treatment effect of two groups was compared.Peak value of D-dimer was(5.15±1.11)mg/L in control group,and that was(0.98±0.66)mg/L in observation group.Peak value of D-dimer,thrombus and DEACAP occurrence rate in observation group were lower than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in bleeding rate and 1 d ST-T change after discharge and tachycardia(P>0.05).Compared with control group,there was significant difference in ST-T change tachycardia 3 d and 7 d after intervention(P<0.05).Based on the routine treatment,early anti-freezing if of high safety,the treatment effective rate is high,and satisfied achievement can be gained.
