摘　　要：为实现新农村背景下的建筑改造创新与规划设计,以大连庄河建筑为例,对其发展现状和优劣势展开了分析,阐述了设计思路。可从屋顶、室内、门窗、外部景观、公共基础设施这几方面进行改造。针对大连庄河建筑改造创新与规划设计存在的问题提出了合理的解决方案:依靠国家政策,合理规划新农村房屋结构,提高资源利用率,提高农民思想水平。挖掘新的特色元素,充分展现出农村建筑的独特性和地域性。In order to achieve the building reconstruction innovation and planning design under new rural background,and through taking Zhuanghe architecture in Dalian as an example,the paper analyzes the development situation,advantages and disadvantages,and expounds the design thinking,i.e.reconstruction from roof,indoor,doors and windows,landscape and public infrastructure.According to the innovation and planning design of Zhanghe building reconstruction in Dalian,we propose rational solutions,including depending on national policy,rationally planning building structure of rural buildings,improving resource utilization rate,and enhancing farmer’s ideological level.It is suggested to explore characteristic elements,and to fully display the peculiarity and regionalism of rural building.
