摘　　要：为了解“一带一路”倡议下的昆明市城市辐射力,将层次分析法运用到城市辐射力评价体系构建中,并根据该体系分析了昆明市2014—2018年5年内的城市辐射力变化情况。研究表明,昆明市经济发展水平较为落后,产业机构存在不合理之处,基础设施规划落实不到位,人才匮乏影响了城市辐射力,并将昆明市的城市辐射力与重庆、武汉、上海这三座城市进行比较分析,提出了一些相关建议:以对外经济提升辐射实力,以吸引投资促进产业结构调整,以现代物流带动基础设施建设,以人才队伍建设助力向外辐射。这样,能够提高昆明市的经济水平,进而真正发挥出辐射功能。In order to know the city radiation power of Kunming City under the“belt and road”initiative,the paper uses analytic hierarchy process in the construction of city radiation power evaluation system,and analyzes the changes of city radiation power in Kunming City from 2014 to 2018.The research finds that the economic development level of Kunming City relatively falls behind,there is unreasonable part in industry organization,infrastructure planning implement lacks,and deficiency of talent influences the city radiation power.The research compares the city radiation power of Kunming with Chongqing,Wuhan and Shanghai,and proposes some related suggestions,i.e.improving radiation power through external trade,promoting industrial structure adjustment through investment promotion,driving infrastructure construction through modern logistic,and assisting external radiation through talent construction.In this way,economic level of Kunming City can be improved,and radiation function can be fully played.
