摘  要:以减压蜡油和不同比例催化裂化柴油(催化柴油)配制的混合油为原料进行加氢裂化试验,考察不同转化率下掺炼催化柴油对轻石脑油、重石脑油、喷气燃料及柴油的贡献率。催化柴油掺炼比例为10%时,控制尾油收率为28%,掺炼催化柴油对各产品收率贡献为喷气燃料>柴油>轻石脑油>重石脑油;随着转化率的提高,掺炼催化柴油对轻石脑油的贡献率增加,对重石脑油、喷气燃料、柴油的贡献率降低;控制尾油收率为12%,掺炼催化柴油对各产品收率贡献为轻石脑油>喷气燃料>柴油>重石脑油。在低转化率条件下,催化柴油掺炼比例达到40%时,掺炼的催化柴油对喷气燃料贡献率达到65.2%,加氢裂化重石脑油的芳烃潜含量为63.1%,可作为优质催化重整原料。Hydrocracking experiments were carried out with the mixture of vacuum was oil and different proportion FCC light cycle oil(LCO) as feedstocks. The contribution rates of blended LCO to light naphtha, heavy naphtha, kerosene and diesel products at various conversion rates were investigated. When the blending ratio of LCO is 10%, the yield of unconverted oil is 28%. The contribution of blending LCO to the yield of each product is kerosene > diesel oil > light naphtha > heavy naphtha;As the conversion rate increase, the contribution rate of blended LCO to light naphtha increases, and the contribution to heavy naphtha, kerosene, and diesel fuel decreases. While the yield of unconverted oil is 12%, the contribution of blending LCO to the products is light naphtha > kerosene > diesel > heavy naphtha. Under the condition of low conversion rate, when the blending ratio reaches 40%, the contribution rate of the blended LCO to kerosene is 65.2%, and the aromatics potential content of hydrocracked heavy naphtha is 63.1%, which can be used as high-quality catalytic reforming raw materials.
