摘 要:为实现电机绕组设计优化,基于交流损耗的产生机理探究了矩形导线几何参数对损耗与温升的影响;基于理论分析与有限元仿真结果,对比了不同绕组设计方案在产热、传热及温升方面的表现,从而获取了满足设计要求的绕组参数指标;在综合考虑制造成本的情况下,选定了定子优化设计方案。使用局部模型对多种绕组配置的损耗与温升进行了测试,验证结果显示,该绕组优化设计方案,在保证车载电机在整个运行空间内热安全前提下,显著提高了电机能量密度。The influence of the geometric parameters of rectangular conductors on the loss rate and temperature rise was studied.Based on the theoretical analysis of the generation mechanism of AC loss and finite element calculation results,the common winding design schemes were compared in terms of heat generation,heat transfer and temperature rise to obtain the proper winding parameters.The optimal design scheme was determined with the manufacturing difficulty and cost.The thermal performance of the chosen design was tested with the partial stator assembly motorette and compared with the others.The results show that the optimal scheme can guarantee the thermal safety in the whole operating space and effectively improve the power density.
