摘 要:建立了齿轮减速混合式步进电动机真空下瞬态温度场三维求解模型,应用ANSYS软件求解电机组件的温度场,分析计算了表面辐射率以及转速对温度场计算的影响。结果表明,辐射率越大,电机组件温升越低,电机组件内部温差越大;转速越高,电机组件温升越低。为了验证仿真计算的准确性,在电机绕组端部埋入热敏电阻进行不同转速下的热真空加载实验,实验表明,绕组端部温升比绕组平均温升高2℃左右,温度场模型计算结果与实验结果吻合。A 3D model for calculating the transient temperature field of hybrid stepping motors with gear reducer applied in vacuum condition was established.The transient temperature field of motor components was solved by using the ANSYS software,the influence of surface emissivity and speed on the calcultion was analyzed.The results showed that temperature rise decreased and temperature difference increased with the increase of surface emissivity,when the speed increased,the temperature rise decreased.Thermal vacuum tests were carried out at different rotational speeds with thermistor embedded in the end of winding.Through thermistor detection,the temperature rise at the end of winding was about 2℃ higher than the average temperature rise of winding.Compared with the results of thermal vacuum tests,the accuracy of temperature calculation was verified.
