摘  要:以固体超强酸为催化剂,采用响应面法,对固体超强酸催化合成丁二酸二丁酯的工艺进行了优化。在单因素实验的基础上,以酯化率为响应值,选取醇酸摩尔比、催化剂用量、带水剂用量和反应时间为自变量,利用Box-Behnken设计和响应面法,对各自变量及其交互作用对酯化率的影响进行了研究,得到了多项式回归方程模型。固体超强酸催化合成丁二酸二丁酯的最佳工艺条件为:醇酸摩尔比3.0、催化剂用量1.0%、带水剂用量21 mL、反应时间98 min,在此条件下测得酯化率为99.43%,与预测值(99.54%)相比,其绝对误差为0.11%,说明响应面优化固体超强酸催化合成丁二酸二丁酯的工艺参数具有较高的准确性和有效性。该催化剂具有优良的耐磨损性和良好的重复酯化催化性能,重复使用7次后,酯化率仍可以保持在97.53%。The response surface method was used to optimize the catalytic synthesis of dibutyl succinate from solid superacid.Based on the single factor test,the esterification yield was used as the response value,and the molar ratios of alkyd acid,catalyst amount,amount of water-carrying agent,and reaction time were selected as independent variables.The effect of the interaction on the esterification yield was studied,and a polynomial regression equation model was obtained.The best conditions for the synthesis of dibutyl succinate catalyzed by solid superacid were as followed:the molar ratio of alkyd to acid 3.0,the amount of catalyst 1.0%,the amount of water-containing agent 21mL,the reaction time 98 min.The esterification yield was 99.43%under these conditions.the absolute error was 0.11%compared with the predicted value(99.54%),which indicated that the response surface optimized process parameters of solid superacid catalyzed synthesis of dibutyl succinate had higher accuracy and effectiveness.The catalyst had excellent abrasion resistance and good repeated esterification catalytic performance.After 7 times of repeated use,the esterification yield could still be maintained at 97.53%.
