高效液相色谱法测定4种邻苯二甲酸酯

摘　　要：本文建立了高效液相色谱法同时测定4种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物[邻苯二甲酸二(2-乙基己酯)酯(DEHP)、邻苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMP)、邻苯二甲酸二乙酯(DEP)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)]的分析方法,优化了色谱条件中的梯度洗脱程序。方法的验证结果表明,4种邻苯二甲酸酯类物质在0.05~10mg·L^-1范围内线性关系良好,相关系数为0.9989~0.9997。方法重复性的相对标准偏差(RSD)为5.3%~8.1%。该方法操作简单、快速,灵敏度、精密度和重现性均较好。The simultaneous quantitative analysis method of four phthalate acid esters(PAEs)included di(2-ethylhexyl)phthalate(DEHP),dimethyl phthalate(DMP),diethyl phthalate(DEP),di-n-butyl phthalate(DBP)by high performance liquid chromatograph was developed.The gradient elution program was optimized.The validation results of this method were satisfactory.Four PAEs standards showed good linearity with correlation coefficients(r2)of 0.9991~0.9997 over the concentration range of 50~500μg/mL.The reproducibility of the method was good with the RSDs of 5.3%~8.1%.The experimental results showed that the method was simple,rapid,sensitive,accurate,reproducible.
