摘　　要：随着城市面貌的日新月异,许多老旧商业建筑的立面形式已经脱离时代的步伐,无法吸引以年轻人为主的顾客群体,商业建筑立面更新工作在旧城区广泛开展;另一方面,大刀阔斧的粗放式改造使得许多商业建筑面目全非,对街区的历史记忆造成了无法弥补的伤害。在突出时代性以及传承街区记忆二者之间找到平衡点是未来对旧有商业建筑立面改造的重要研究方向。本文通过结合北京市长安商场立面改造设计方案的设计过程,探索了商业建筑立面改造的整改策略,以期对相关问题的研究起到促进作用。With the rapid development of the city,the facade form of many old commercial buildings has been out of the pace of the times,unable to attract the customer groups mainly composed of young people,and the facade renewal work of commercial buildings is widely carried out in the old urban area;on the other hand,the extensive transformation makes many commercial buildings totally different,causing irreparable damage to the historical memory of the block。It is an important research direction to find a balance between highlighting the times and inheriting the block memory.Based on the design process of the facade transformation design of Beijing Chang'an shopping mall,this paper explores the rectification strategy of the facade transformation of commercial buildings,in order to promote the research of related issues.
