摘　　要：成果创新力指标是从科学发展过程考虑,具有结构属性、单一测量维度、简单性、时间属性特点的评价指标,可以对期刊的创新力作出客观的评价.选取新疆47种学术期刊在2009~2017年的S指数和综合统计源影响因子进行分析研究,得出学术期刊成果创新力指标,为相关部门进行期刊评价与管理提供决策依据.The index of achievement innovation ability is an evaluation index with the characteristics of structure attribute,single measurement dimension,simplicity and time attribute,which is considered from the process of scientific development.This study selected the S index and comprehensive statistical source influence factors of 47 academic journals in Xinjiang from 2009 to 2017 for analysis and research,and obtained the index of academic journals'achievement innovation ability,so as to provide decision basis for the relevant departments to carry out periodical evaluation and management.
