摘 要:用对甲苯磺酸(p-TsOH)对未漂硫酸盐竹浆进行了处理,将处理后的竹浆进行抄纸,并对成纸性能做了相关分析。发现在p-TsOH浓度25%~50%、温度70℃、时间30~60 min的温和反应条件下,木质素脱除率可达60%,竹浆纤维的得率超过87%,得到的纤维形态基本完整,纤维平均长度未发生明显变化,官能团种类未发生改变。p-TsOH处理后的硫酸盐竹浆成纸亮度提升了47%~74%,抗张指数没有降低。当温度超过80℃,p-TsOH浓度超过50%时,虽脱木质素率进一步增加,但浆料得率降低,纤维开始断裂成碎片,无法成纸。在温和条件下,p-TsOH对未漂硫酸盐竹浆有较好的脱木质素效果,且具有一定的漂白功能。The unbleached bamboo kraft pulp was treated with p-toluenesulfonic acid(p-TsOH),then made into hand sheets,the paper properties of the hand sheets were tested.It was found that under mild reaction conditions with a p-TsOH concentration of 25%~50%,a temperature of 70℃,and a time of 30~60 min,60%of lignin can be removed,while the pulp yield is above 87%.The fiber qualities remained good;the average fiber length was similar with the material,and the types of functional groups didn’t change.The brightness of p-TsOH treated handsheet is 47%~74%higher than that of raw bamboo kraft pulp,while the tensile index didn’t decrease.The fibers were broken to pieces when the temperatures above 80℃,or the p-TsOH concentration over 50%,the lignin remove increased but the pulp yield decreased.It showed that p-TsOH can removed lignin selectively under mild condition,it can be used in pulp bleaching.
