摘　　要：介绍了复杂电磁环境下舰载通信对抗装备仿真训练特点和需求,阐述了舰载通信对抗仿真训练内容,分析了影响训练效果的要素,建立了仿真训练成绩评估指标体系,在遵循过程评估与结果评估相结合、以评估过程为主的原则下,提出了一种基于层次分析法的舰载通信对抗装备仿真训练考核评估方法。This article introduces the characteristics and requirements of shipboard communication countermeasure equipment simulation training in complex electromagnetic environment,expounds the content of communication countermeasure simulation training,analyzes the factors affecting the training effect,establishes the evaluation index system of simulation training achievement,under the principles of combing process evaluation and result evaluation,the evaluation process is the main one,puts forward an examination and evaluation method of simulation training for shipboard communication countermeasure equipment,which is based on analytic hierarchy process.
