摘  要:介绍了一款20 Gsps采样的单比特测频接收机,有效解决了信号处理带宽、处理速度与测频精度的矛盾,通过Matlab仿真验证了测频算法对不同载频的适应性。测试结果表明该接收机能够实现10 GHz带宽内信号的瞬时测频。在电子战、通信导航等领域具有重要的应用前景。This paper introduces a monobit frequency measurement receiver with sampling rate 20 Gsps,which effectively solve the contradiction between the signal processing bandwidth,processing speed and the precision of frequency measurement,verifies the adaptation of the frequency measurement algorithm to the signals with different carrier frequencies through Matlab simulation.The test results show that the receiver can realize the instantaneous frequency measurement of the signals in 10 GHz frequency band.The receiver is of important application prospect in the fields of electronic warfare,communication navigation,etc.
