摘　　要：夏玉·平措次仁先生生于1936年,曾任职于西藏档案局、西藏大学、西藏自治区编译局和西藏自治区社会科学院等重要部门;兼任中国历史研究学会理事、中国西藏文化保护学会理事、中国西南民族学会会长、国际藏学理事等职务;著有《藏史明镜》《西藏近代史略》《西藏苯教寺院的历史及其现状》《西藏文化历史通述》(上、中、下)等十余部学术专著(译著);在国内外学术刊物上发表《略论苯教的兴衰》《论藏文来源》《浅谈“达斯”一词含义》《浅谈西藏传统哈达》等重要学术论文。文章围绕夏玉·平措次仁先生的学术生涯、著作及其学术思想等方面进行了专访。Mr.Shayu·Phuntsok Tsering,born in 1936,has once served in the Archives Bureau of Tibet,Tibet Uni⁃versity,Compilation and Translation Bureau of Tibet Autonomous Region and Academy of Social Sciences of Ti⁃bet Autonomous Region successively.And he has also been a member of the Chinese Society for Historical Stud⁃ies and China Association for Preservation and Development of Tibetan Culture,the president of the Chinese So⁃ciety for Southwest Ethnic Minorities,and a member of International Tibetan Studies.He has written and trans⁃lated more than ten books about the Tibetan history,including A Mirror of Tibetan History,The Modern History of Tibet,The History and Current Situation of the Bon’s Monasteries and Temples in Tibet,A General Descrip⁃tion of Tibetan Culture and History,etc.,and has also published more than a dozen of academic papers in aca⁃demic journals at home and abroad,for instance,On the Rise and Fall of the Bon Religion,On the Origin of Ti⁃betan Language,On the Meaning of a Specific Word"Dasi",On the Traditional Tibetan Hada,etc.This article contains the content of an interview conducted with Mr.Shayu·Phuntsk Tsering about his academic career,aca⁃demic works and academic thoughts.
