摘　　要：淄博市采取试点先行、整体推进、政府主导、群众主体、社会参与、制度保障等办法,因地制宜、分类推进农村改厕,探索形成了顶层设计、舆论先行、长效管护、考核激励、全面覆盖的制度体系与实践路径,取得了良好成效,为实施农村改厕工作提供了有益启示。Zibo city adopts measures such as pilot advancement,overall advancement,government leadership,mass participation,social participation,and institutional protection.It has adapted measures to local conditions and promoted rural toilet reform by classification.The comprehensive coverage of the system and practice path has achieved good results,and has provided useful inspiration for the implementation of rural toilet modification work.It is worth learning from.
