摘  要:通过浸渍法制备出催化氨分解制备氢气的镧金属修饰的镍基催化剂Nix/Lay-Al2O3(x和y分别为镍和镧在催化剂中的质量分数),研究了优化活化工艺条件以及不同负载量的催化剂的催化活性。结果表明,当反应体系的温度在在400℃及以上时,Ni10/La5-Al2O3已达到很好的催化效果;在450℃及以上时,Ni10/La1-Al2O3即可以满足转化率高的需求。随着氨气空速的增加,氨气转化率有所降低,但是反应速率获得增加,因此实际应用上应充分考虑到不同因素的影响。The nickel-based catalyst supported by the alumina which was modified by lanthanum was prepared with the impregnation method,and then the optimal activating conditions were found out.The catalytic activities of the nickel-based catalysts with different amounts of supported metal had been analyzed and the results showed that the Ni10/La5-Al2O3 could be used to get a high NH3 conversion when the reaction temperature was above 400℃and the Ni10/La1-Al2O3 could also work very well when the temperature was above 450℃.In addition,the influence of NH3 space velocity on the reaction system had been analyzed.With the space velocities elevating,the NH3 conversions decreased a little while the reaction rate increased.Hence,these factors should be taken into full considerations when this kind of catalyst was employed in industry.
