摘 要:研究了乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷(A-171)对硅橡胶物理性能和交联网络的影响。结果表明,硅橡胶中引入A-171,理论计算得出硅橡胶的乙烯基总含量会有较大增长。A-171的引入导致硅橡胶的硬度提高,拉断伸长率降低。通过甲苯溶胀实验计算出硅橡胶的交联密度,交联密度的变化与硅橡胶力学性能的变化相互印证。The effect of vinyl trimethoxysilane on the physical properties and crosslinking network of silicone rubber was studied.Through theoretical calculation,it is concluded that vinyl trimeth-oxysilane has a great influence on the total vinyl content of silicone rubber.The experimental results show that the introduction of vinyl trimethoxysilane can increase the hardness of silicone rubber and decrease the elongation at break.We calculated the crosslinking density of silicone rubber by toluene swelling experiment,and the results showed mutual confirmation between the change of crosslinking density and the change of properties of silicone rubber.
