摘  要:针对化工企业变频器等非线性电气设备的大量运用,电网谐波较高这一问题,为降低谐波对电容器的危害,保障电网安全稳定运行,在低压无功补偿设计中,采用在电容补偿回路串入电抗器抑制谐波方案。通过对电抗-电容器组的参数计算及分析,优化修正不同工况下的选型参数。结果表明,该优化方案可以实现经济有效地补偿到目标功率因数,并保障设备安全。为工程实践得出基于变压器容量的无功补偿快速选型表,具备经济、简单、快捷的特点。In the design of low-voltage reactive power compensation in chemical enterprises,it is an economical and practical scheme to insert a reactor into the capacitor supplement circuit.Reasonable reactance rate is the key to suppress harmonic and ensure the safe and stable operation of power grid.By calculating and analyzing the parameters of reactance-capacitor Bank,optimizing and correcting the selection parameters of different working conditions,thus achieving the target power factor economically.Based on the optimization calculation of reactive power compensation for transformer capacity,the fast type selection table of reactive power compensation based on transformer capacity is obtained,which provides a simple and quick method for engineering.
