摘  要:针对在制造某塔设备过程中所出现的S32168不锈钢焊接脱渣困难、打磨时间长、焊缝成形不美观等问题进行了分析。结果表明,焊材使用管理不规范、层间温度得不到有效的控制都会影响焊接脱渣性;A132焊条中Nb在熔渣中易形成低价Nb的化合物,并与硅酸盐形成较稳定尖晶石结构,粘连在金属表面,造成脱渣困难。严格遵循焊接控制程序,同时有效地控制线能量和层间温度等,能有效改善脱渣困难问题。改进后的焊缝成型平整,脱渣性良好,很好的保证了焊缝的成型与质量,提高工作效率和焊缝打磨效率,减少了打磨过程中造成的飞溅物与粉尘,从而减少了人工成本。This paper analyzed and summarized the problems of S32168 stainless steel in recent production process of our company,such as the difficulty of slag removal,long grinding time and unsightly weld formation etc.The conclusion showed that the nonstandard use and management of welding materials and the ineffective control of interlayer temperature would affect the slag removal performance of welding.At the same time,A132 electrode used in the production process contains Nb which is easy to form low-valence Nb compounds in the slag and the compounds then may form a relatively stable spinel structure with silicate,which would adhere to the metal surface and make deslagging difficult.Strictly following the welding control procedure and effectively controlling the line energy and interlayer temperature can effectively improve the difficulty of deslagging.The improved welding seam was smooth in forming and good in deslagging,which ensured the forming and quality of the welding seam,improved the working efficiency and the grinding efficiency of the welding seam,reduced the spatter and dust caused in the grinding process,and reduced the labor cost.
