摘　　要：目的探讨围术期专科小组对患者压力性损伤(pressure injury,PI)的干预效果。方法以160例围术期住院患者为研究对象,按随机数字法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。对照组采取常规治疗模式,观察组在对照组基础上联合围术期专科小组给予个体化综合干预,对2组PI发生率和住院时间进行比较。结果观察组PI发生率低于对照组(2.50%比11.25%,χ^2=4.78、P=0.029);观察组住院时间少于对照组[(6.9±1.2)d比(11.5±1.9)d,t=18.309、P=0.029]。结论围术期专科小组可降低围术期患者PI发生率,缩短住院时间,促进患者早日康复。Objective To investigate the effect of specialist group intervention on pressure injury(PI)in perioperative patients.Methods A total of 160 perioperative patients were randomly given conventional treatment alone(control group,80 patients)or in combination with individualized specialist group intervention(observation group,80 patients).The incidence of PI and length of hospital stay were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of PI in observation group was lower than that in control group(2.50%vs 11.25%,χ^2=4.78,P=0.029).The length of hospital stay in observation group was shorter than that in control group((6.9±1.2)d vs(11.5±1.9)d,t=18.309,P=0.029).Conclusion Perioperative specialist group intervention can reduce the incidence of PI,shorten the length of hospital stay and promote the recovery of patients.
