摘  要:文章介绍了某化工厂造粒热油系统在运行十年后突发温度控制器故障的处理过程。根据热油系统故障现象,判断症结所在,在同型号备件无法替代的情况下,通过调研,更换其他类型的控制器,保证热油系统正常运行,缩短开工时间,减少过渡料的产生,提高化工厂的经济效益。The treatment process of sudden temperature controller failure of the hot oil system of granulation in a chemical plant after ten years of operation was introduced.According to the failure of the hot oil system,the crux of the problem was determined.In the case where spare parts of the same model cannot be replaced,through research,other types of controllers were replaced to ensure the normal operation of the hot oil system.The start-up time was shorten,the generation of transition materials was reduced,and the economic efficiency of the chemical plant was improved.
