摘  要:文章以故障模式影响分析为基础,结合系统功能及相关软硬件设计,对基于分散控制系统Tricon平台的核电厂反应堆保护系统可靠性进行分析,找出造成系统失效并引起机组出力损失的关键子部件,并在此基础上,探讨设计了优化的可行方案。为后续反应堆保护系统的优化设计、故障诊断、系统维护,以及提高核电机组运行的经济效益提供了参考。Based on the analysis of failure mode effects,combined with the system functions and related hardware and software design,the reliability of the nuclear power plant reactor protection system based on the Tricon platform of the decentralized control system was analyzed,and the key subcomponents that caused system failure and cause unit loss were found.On this basis,a feasible plan for optimization was discussed and designed,which provided a reference for the optimization design,fault diagnosis,system maintenance of the subsequent reactor protection system,as well as improving the economic benefits of the operation of nuclear power units.
