摘　　要："双一流"战略背景下,南开大学药学实验教学示范中心顺应创新型人才培养对高校实验室建设及本科教学改革的要求,围绕本科能力培养核心,以创新药学人才培养为目标,构建训练基本实验技能、培养药学科研能力与药学创新技能相结合的三级实验教学平台,建立健全管理机制、加强实验队伍建设、完善网络管理平台,形成自己的办学特色,成效显著。Under the background of "double first-class" strategy, in line with the requirements of innovative talent cultivation for university laboratory construction and undergraduate teaching reform, centering on the core of undergraduate ability training and aiming at the cultivation of innovative pharmacy talents, the Nankai Experimental Demonstration Center for Pharmaceutical Education has established a comprehensive three-level experimental teaching platform includes training basic experimental skills, cultivating pharmacy research capabilities and pharmacy innovation skills. The aim is to establish and improve the management mechanism,strengthen the construction of the experimental team, improve the network management platform, and form its own school-running characteristics with remarkable results.
