摘  要:在建设工程质量验收过程中,运用博弈理论研究施工单位与监理单位行为策略,有助于提高施工效益,保障工程质量。本文首先建立施工单位与监理单位的质量验收模型,利用复制动态方程得到策略变化趋势图,分析博弈双方策略演化过程,确定稳定平衡状态。然后以博弈成本和工程质量作为衡量标准,借助Matlab数值仿真,对七种变化趋势进行优劣评估,提出符合最优策略的改进措施。研究表明:经过长期策略演化,验收博弈最终稳定于多个平衡状态;一方面,监理单位过高的检查比例容易使施工单位反应疲劳,导致质量风险提升;另一方面,以验收过程中策略变化趋势确定奖罚力度,调整检查比例,不仅节约博弈成本,更能提高工程质量。In the process of quality acceptance of construction,the game theory is used to study the behavior strategy of construction unit and supervision unit,which is helpful to improve construction efficiency and guarantee the project quality.Firstly,this paper establishes the quality acceptance model of the construction company and the supervision company,obtains the trend chart of the strategy change by copying the dynamic equation,analyzes the strategy evolution process of both sides of the game,and determines the stable and balanced state.Then,taking the game cost and engineering quality as the measurement standard,with the help of MATLAB numerical simulation,the paper evaluates the seven trends and puts forward the improvement measures in line with the optimal strategy.The results show that the acceptance game is stable in many equilibrium states after long-term strategy evolution.On the one hand,the excessive inspection proportion of the supervision unit is easy to make the construction unit response fatigue,and increases the construction quality risk.On the other hand,using strategies trend to determine the criterion of reward and punishment system and adjust the proportion of inspection can not only save the game cost,but also improve the construction quality.
