摘 要:电主轴因可靠性水平相对较高,在进行可靠性试验时通常面临试验时间长、试验期间无故障出现、样本数量少等问题。针对以上问题,提出一种电主轴在机可靠性试验和评估方法,基于对电主轴失效原理的研究,选取四个可以反映电主轴退化的特征量,实时采集试验过程中的电主轴性能退化数据,通过算法和性能退化数据对电主轴进行状态评估。利用韦布尔分布对同类型电主轴的可靠性进行评估,得到电主轴平均故障间隔时间的点估计,验证所提出的在机电主轴可靠性试验和评估方法的有效性。Due to the relatively high level of reliability of the electric spindle,reliability test is often confronted with problems such as long test times,no failures during the test,and a small number of samples.In view of the above problems,an on machine reliability test and evaluation method for the electric spindle was proposed.Based on the study of the failure principle of the electric spindle,four feature quantities that can reflect the degradation of the electric spindle are selected.Real time data on the performance degradation of the electric spindle during the test are collected.The state of the electric spindle is evaluated through algorithms and performance degradation data.The reliability of the same type of electric spindle is evaluated by using the Weibull distribution to obtain the point estimation of the MTBF of the electric spindle to verify the effectiveness of the proposed on machine reliability test and evaluation method for the electric spindle.
