摘　　要：为解决气象灾害预警信号业务中存在的问题,文章采用WebGIS、数据库等技术,结合B/S与C/S架构,研究、设计开发了福建省气象灾害预警信号综合管理系统。自系统建成以来,预警信号的制作、发布更加快捷简便,检索、统计更加方便直观。开展预警信号评分后,为衡量预报员对灾害性天气的预警水平提供了客观依据,满足了省、市、县3级气象部门对预警信号相关业务的需求。In order to solve the problems in the meteorological disasters warning signal service,this paper researches,designs and develops the integrated management system for Fujian province of meteorological disaster warning signals by using WEBGIS,database and other technologies as well as combined with B/S and C/S architecture.Since the completion of the system,the production and distribution of warning signals has been made faster and easier.And retrieval statistics are more convenient and intuitive.After the disaster warning signal is scored,it provides an objective basis for measuring the forecaster s disaster warning level of severe weather,which could meet the needs of the meteorological disaster warning related businesses of the provincial,city and county meteorological departments.
