摘　　要：功能性水肿是由人体津液代谢失常所致。赵振昌教授根据自己多年的临床经验,认为功能性水肿的病位在于肝、脾、肾,故应从脏腑论治,以疏肝理气、益气健脾、温肾利水为法。经过对临床病例的分析,证实其为行之有效的辨治方法。Functional edema is caused by abnormal body fluid metabolism.According to his years of clinical experience,Professor ZHAO Zhenchang believes that the disease of functional edema is located in the liver,spleen and kidney,so we should treat it from zang-fu,with the method of soothing the liver and regulating qi,invigorating qi and strengthening the spleen,warming the kidney and benefiting the water.Through the analysis of clinical cases,it is proved to be an effective treatment method.
