摘　　要：刘景源教授治疗外感发热,常分为寒邪束表证、风热袭表证、表寒里热证、外感咳嗽风寒蕴热证4种类型。其中,寒邪束表证、风热袭表证是临床常见的外感表证。由于近年来人们的饮食起居多不规律,饮食肥甘较多,又贪食生冷,伤脾生痰,痰阻气机,气郁化热,故体内往往多有蕴热,一旦外感风寒,多易形成表寒里热之证。本文的重点探讨了刘景源教授用自拟清解汤辨治外感发热表寒里热证、用自拟止咳平喘八味饮治疗外感咳嗽风寒蕴热证等独到的临床经验。Professor LIU Jingyuan treats exogenous fever,which is usually divided into 4 types:cold pathogen cluster syndrome,wind heat attack syndrome,external cold and internal heat syndrome,external cough syndrome.Among them,cold pathogen cluster syndrome and wind heat attack syndrome are common clinical exogenous syndrome.In recent years,people's daily life is not regular,they eat more fat and sweet,they are greedy for food and cold,they hurt the spleen and produce phlegm,phlegm blocks the qi mechanism,qi stagnation and heat transformation,so there is often accumulated heat in the body,once the external wind is cold,it is easy to form the syndrome of external cold and internal heat.This paper focuses on Professor LIU Jingyuan's unique clinical experience in the treatment of exogenous fever,external cold and internal heat syndrome with self-made Qingjie decoction,and external cough,wind,cold and heat syndrome with self-made Zhike Pingchuan Bawei decoction.
