摘　　要：目的观察升降散合贝母瓜蒌散治疗儿童支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证的临床疗效。方法选取94例支原体肺炎患儿作为研究对象,按照数字表法随机分为2组,各47例。观察组予升降散合贝母瓜蒌散+阿奇霉素治疗,对照组予阿奇霉素治疗。比较2组患儿的治疗有效率,记录患儿治疗前后白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞沉降速率(ESR)、超敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)、降钙素原(PCT)、呼吸频率(RR)及血氧饱和度(SpO2)的变化。结果观察组治疗有效率为100.00%(47/47),优于对照组的95.74%(45/47)(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,2组患儿治疗2周后WBC、ESR、hsCRP、PCT及RR明显下降,SpO2上升,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组比较,观察组患儿治疗2周后ESR、hsCRP、PCT及SpO2的改善更加明显,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论升降散合贝母瓜蒌散治疗儿童支原体肺炎痰热闭肺证的疗效及安全性均较为可靠。Objective The effect of Shengjiang powder and Beimu Gualou powder on mycoplasma pneumonia with retention of heat-phlegm in the lung.Methods 94 children infected with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into two groups according to the number table method,among which 47 cases were in the observation group(Shengjiang powder and Beimu Gualou powder+azithromycin)and 47 cases were in the control group(azithromycin).The effective rates of the two groups were compared,and the changes of WBC,ESR,hsCRP,PCT,RR and SpO2 were recorded before and after treatment.Results The effective rate of treatment was 100.00%(47/47)in the observation group,and 95.74%(45/47)in the control group was better than that in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,WBC,ESR,hsCRP,PCT and RR in the two groups decreased significantly after 2 weeks of treatment,while SpO2 increased significantly(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the improvement of ESR,hsCRP,PCT and SpO2 in the observation group was more obvious after 2 weeks of treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect and safety of Shengjiang powder combined with Beimu Gualou powder in mycoplasma pneumonia are reliable.
