摘　　要：老年肺系疾病的病机多为本虚标实,排痰困难与患者自身阳气不足,温化无力密切相关,应在化痰的同时扶助肺脾肾之阳气,标本兼治。本文从"温药和之"的中医理论基础、动物实验、临床试验以及温性药物的药理研究等几个方面对运用"温药和之"法治疗老年肺系疾病排痰困难进行了梳理和总结。The major pathology of pulmonary disease in elderly patients mainly is origin deficiency and superficiality excess.Difficulty of expectoration is associated with asthenia of yang qi and the thereafter failure in warming and transportation.Therefore,supplementing lung,spleen and kidney yang qi,treating origin.The present article summarized the effect of"warming herbs formula"in treating expectoration difficulty in elderly patients with pulmonary disease based on traditional Chinese medicine theory,animal experiment,clinical trials and pharmacological research.
