摘 要:为研究海洋平台紧急情况下影响人员疏散的因素,以某半潜式生活平台为例,通过信息自动化采集设备获取生活平台人员疏散试验中120名人员的运动特征数据。利用疏散模拟软件EXODUS对疏散试验过程进行模拟,在验证了疏散模拟结果准确性的基础上,结合撤离分析导则MSC.1/Circ.1533研究人员速度、疏散路径对疏散时间及显著拥堵区的影响规律。结果表明:人员速度参数的准确性对疏散模拟结果影响很大,采用实测人员速度可将模拟误差缩小到8.3%;合理有效地引导人员疏散可以减少显著拥堵区的范围和拥堵时长,提高疏散效率。In order to study the factors influencing personnel evacuation in the emergency situations on offshore platforms, a semi-submersible platform was taken as an example to obtain the motion characteristic data of 120 people in the evacuation test on this platform through automatic information collection equipment. Evacuation software EXODUS was combined to simulate the process of the evacuation test, the revised guidelines on evacuation analyses for new and existing passenger ships(MSC.1/Circ.1533). The effects of personnel speed and evacuation path on the evacuation time and the significant congestion region were studied on the basis of verifying the accuracy of the evacuation simulation results. The results show that the accuracy of personnel speed parameter has a great influence on the evacuation simulation results, and the simulation error can be reduced to 8.3% by using the measured personnel speed. The reasonable and effective guidance of personnel evacuation can reduce the scope and congestion time of the significant congestion region and improve the evacuation efficiency.
