摘　　要：江苏省“十三五”矿产资源规划对保障资源安全,提升矿业发展质量和效益,加快矿产资源利用方式和管理方式转变等发挥了重要的引领和指导作用。文章通过规划实施中期评估,总结实施成效,梳理分析存在问题与不足,提出了5个方面的对策建议。The 13th five year plan of mineral resources in Jiangsu Province has played an important leading and guiding role in ensuring resource security,improving the quality and efficiency of mining development,and accelerating the transformation of utilization and management of mineral resources.Through the mid-term evaluation of the implementation of the plan,this paper summarizes the implementation results,sorts out and analyzes the existing problems and deficiencies,and puts forward the five countermeasures and suggestions.
