初探寄生虫引起圈养白马鸡腹泻诊断及治疗

摘　　要：白马鸡是中国特有的物种,我国二级重点保护野生动物,集中分布于四川省、青海省、云南省、西藏自治区、甘肃省等地。现存白马鸡数量有限,为了白马鸡这一物种的延续,提高白马鸡数量,减少发病死亡尤为重要。寄生虫是常见的禽类疾病,野生动物生活环境复杂,食物多样,极其容易感染,研究圈养白马鸡体内寄生虫状况十分有必要。文章主要通过实验室诊断、临床观察、药物干预等手段,认识寄生虫对白马鸡的影响,利用有效药物治疗寄生虫带来的肠道疾病。研究发现,球虫感染是白马鸡发病的主要原因,球虫净和磺胺氯吡嗪钠可有效治疗球虫诱发的腹泻。White eared-pheasant is a unique species in China.It is a second-class key protected wild animal in China.It is mainly distributed in Sichuan province,Qinghai province,Yunnan province,Tibet autonomous region,Gansu province,etc.The number of white eared-pheasant is limited.In order to continue this species,it is very important to increase the number of white horse chickens and reduce the morbidity and mortality.Parasite is a common disease in poultry.The living environment of wild animals is complex,the food is diverse,and it is very easy to infect.Therefore,it is necessary to study the parasite status in captive white horse chickens.Through laboratory diagnosis,clinical observation,drug intervention and other means,this paper reviewed the influence of parasites on white eared pheasant,the effective drug treatment of intestinal diseases caused by parasites.It was found that coccidium infection was the main cause of the disease in white eared-pheasant.Coccidium and Sulfachloropyrazine sodium could effectively treat coccidium induced diarrhea.
