摘 要:武汉青山长江公路大桥主桥为(100+102+148+938+148+102+100)m的大跨度宽幅式混合梁斜拉桥。该桥首次提出并采用在边墩与辅助墩墩顶处设置C型分离式弹塑性钢阻尼装置、在边墩与主梁横向中心线相交处设置横向剪力卡榫装置、在桥塔处横向设置碟形弹簧减振抗风支座的新型横向约束体系。对C型钢阻尼装置、剪力卡榫、碟形弹簧减振抗风支座进行了详细的参数设计,并采用ANSYS软件建立该桥有限元模型对新型横向约束体系的减振效果进行分析。结果表明:采用该新型横向约束体系可有效实现车辆作用限位、风和地震作用减振耗能的设计理念,改善了多荷载作用下结构的横向受力问题。The main bridge of Qingshan Changjiang River Highway Bridge in Wuhan is a long-span hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge with span arrangement of 100,102,148,938,148,102 and 100 m.The bridge has a wide deck,on which a new type of transverse restraint system is installed.The restraint system consists of the C-shaped separated elasto-plastic steel damping devices on the tops of side and auxiliary piers,shear dowels at the junction of side pier and transverse central line of main girder and the disc elastomeric bearings capable of suppressing vibration and alleviating wind effects along the bridge width at the pylons.Detailed parameters for the C-shaped steel damping devices,shear dowels and disc elastomeric bearings for vibration mitigation and wind protection were designed.The software ANSYS was used to build the finite element model of the bridge to analyze the vibration mitigation effect of the new transverse restraint system.The results demonstrate that the new transverse restraint system can help realize the design concept of restricting structural displacement under the action of vehicle loads,suppressing wind-induced vibration and dissipating seismic energy,thus improving the transverse load bearing capacity of the structure under multiple types of loads.
