公共危机应对中的政府形象传播策略分析

摘　　要：近年来,各种类型的公共危机频繁发生,给社会秩序和民众的生命财产安全带来巨大损害,需要政府认真应对。在公共危机期间,政府形象传播的影响极大,它关涉政府的公信力和号召力,关涉政府对资源的调配能力和对民众的动员水平,直至关系到公共危机应对的效果。但是,当前我国政府在公共危机治理中的形象传播依然存在着诸如信息透明化不够、部分官员责任意识不足等影响政府形象的问题。为此,我们应该从现实需要入手,努力提升公共危机治理中政府形象传播的效果,既要确保危机应对中政府“做得好”,又要确保政府“沟通得好”,还要进一步强化对问题官员的追责。various public crisises happened continually in recent years,which brought tremendous damages for societal order and security of human life and wealth.So governments need to reply it seriously.During this course,the affections of government images communication are very big,which affecting the governmental credit and rallying-point,and affecting the governmental ability to resources and mobilizing to people,and up to the effect about replying the public crisises.Whereas,there are some problems still about the images communication of our governments in the course of replying the public crisises currently,such as the inadequate of communicating vitrification,and the lack of responsible consciousness of some officeholders,which affecting the government images.So,we should start from the practical needing,and advance the impression of the government images communication in the course of the replying public crisises at full steam.We need to insure that government can not only do well but also communicate well,except of intensifying ulteriorly the responsibility of some officeholders who have some problems.
