明代中后期金陵与建阳刻书业的人才环境比较

摘　　要：明代中后期金陵和建阳刻书业均极为兴盛,但二地在仕进人才、文坛学术人才和刻书撰编人才等方面存在巨大差距。建阳人才环境的恶化,使建阳刻书在官刻和家刻两大系统上远逊于金陵,也使建阳坊刻质量大幅落后。地域人才的局限迫使建阳书坊将讲史、神魔等题材作品作为刊刻的主要方向,无法更多地涉足科技、世情等领域。人才的缺乏也加剧了建阳刻书领域的假冒伪托行为,使建阳刻书业不断走向衰退。In the middle and late Ming Dynasty,both Nanjing and Jianyang were very prosperous,but there was a great gap between them in the talent of official career,the academic talent of literary world and the talent of engraving,editing and editing.The deterioration of the talent environment in Jianyang has made the engraving in Jianyang far inferior to Nanjing in official engraving and household engraving systems,and has also made the engraving quality in Jianyang Square fall far behind.The characteristics of local talents forced Jianyang Bookstore to focus on history,magic and other themes as the main direction of the print,can not be more involved in science and technology,world conditions and other fields.The lack of talent has also exacerbated the counterfeiting in the Jianyang area of engraving,leading to a decline in the Jianyang Industry.
