摘　　要：统筹推进扶贫开发是新时代政治生活的重要组成部分。中国特色社会主义扶贫开发战略蕴含了丰富的政治意蕴,从观念层面、实体层面、实践层面系统梳理中国特色社会主义扶贫开发战略的政治意蕴,准确把握其政治价值论、政治主体论、政治制度论的深刻内涵,对于深入领会中国特色社会主义扶贫开发战略的精髓要义,对于进一步凝聚社会共识、提高各类扶贫开发主体的政治站位、确保打赢脱贫攻坚战,对于2020年以后逐步解决相对贫困问题,具有重要的现实意义。The overall planning of poverty alleviation and development is an important part of political life in new era.The socialist poverty alleviation and development strategy with Chinese characteristics contains rich political implications.The analysis of it from the perspective of concept,entity and practice,and the correct understanding of its political value,political subject and political system are of great significance in promoting the in-depth understanding the essence of the socialist poverty alleviation and development strategy with Chinese characteristics,achieving social consensus,improving the political understanding of all the subjects,ensuring the successful war against poverty,and solving the problem of relative poverty gradually after 2020.
