摘　　要：中建滨湖设计总部位于成都市天府新区,项目结合成都气候特点,采用适宜气候性的主被动技术实现净零能耗建筑。该项目采用的技术措施包括:高性能围护结构技术、低能耗照明设备、高性能供热制冷设备、夜间通风预冷和智能化控制技术、太阳能光电、智能微电网及蓄能技术联合应用等技术。该项目实现了建筑本体节能率30%以上,可再生能源利用率10%以上的目标。Zhongjian Lakeside Headquarters is located in Chengdu Tianfu New Area,which combined with the climate characteristics in Chengdu and adopted suitable passive technology to realize net zero energy consumption.Specific technical measures include:high performance envelope structure,low energy consumption of lighting equipment,high-performance heating cooling equipment,night ventilation precooling and intelligent control technology at night,solar photovoltaic,intelligent power grid,and the application of energy storage technology joint technology etc,which achieve the goal of building ontology with 30%energy saving rate and more than 10%utilization rate of renewable energy.
