摘 要:采用因子分析方法我国31省区的网络服务能力进行了评价,利用线性性面板数据与门槛效应模型分析了网络服务能力对消费升级的影响机制,结果表明:2011—2017年我国网络服务能力得到了较大提升,从线性变化趋势来看,网络服务能力提升对消费升级并没有起到促进作用,但是在考虑城乡居民的收支情况与城镇化水平后,网络服务能力对消费升级水平的提升表现出促进作用,在农村地区的积极效应更为明显。因此,要进一步推进新型城镇化建设,改善农村消费环境,拓展城乡居民的收入渠道,刺激居民消费需求的扩大。This paper uses the factor analysis method to evaluate the network service capabilities of 31 provinces and regions in China.Based on this,the influence mechanism of network service capabilities on consumption upgrade is analyzed using linear panel data and threshold effect models.The results show that:2011-In 2017,China's network service capabilities have been greatly improved.From the perspective of linear changes,the improvement of network service capabilities has not played a role in promoting consumption upgrades.However,after considering the income and expenditure of urban and rural residents and the level of urbanization,network services Ability has played a promoting role in the promotion of consumption upgrading,and the positive effect in rural areas is more obvious.Therefore,it is necessary to further promote the construction of new-type urbanization,improve the rural consumption environment,expand the income channels of urban and rural residents,and stimulate the expansion of consumer demand.
