港口型国家物流枢纽多式联运发展策略研究——以福建某港口为例

摘　　要：多式联运是当前各国物流枢纽高质量发展的焦点问题。为进一步研究多式联运在基于构建港口型国家物流枢纽中的地位作用和发展策略,以福建某港口为例,通过实地调查、校企研讨和综合分析,研究分析其构建港口型国家物流枢纽建设中多式联运发展的现状作用和存在问题,提出针对性对策措施,破解多式联运变革发展中的难题。由点及面,从集疏运体系、信息共享、业务融合、营商环境、区域经济辐射等五个方面,探索基于构建港口型国家物流枢纽多式联运发展的方法路子。Multimodal transport is the focus of current high-quality development of logistics hubs in various countries.In this paper,we study the role and development strategy of multimodal transport in building a port-based national logistics hub.By taking a port in Fujian as an example,and by making efforts through field investigations,school-enterprise discussions,and comprehensive analysis,we investigate the status quo and the existing problems in development of China's multimodal transport for the construction of a port-based national logistics hub,and put forward targeted countermeasures to solve the problems in the reform and development of multimodal transport.We also explore novel strategy for the development of multimodal transport based on the construction of a port-type national logistics hub from five aspects:the collection and distribution system,information sharing,business integration,business environment,and regional economic radiation.
