摘 要:为避免焦化装置直接掺炼催化裂化油浆(催化油浆)对加热炉管寿命的影响,拟采取对催化油浆单独加热,再与原焦化装置热料混合后进焦炭塔成焦的技术路线。在延迟焦化中试装置上,以延迟焦化工业装置和增设油浆加热炉的工艺条件为基础,开展了以减压渣油(减渣)为主的焦化原料中掺炼部分催化油浆的焦化中试研究,考察了油浆掺炼对焦化产物质量和收率的影响,并考察了当以全部催化油浆为原料时,油浆加热炉出口温度和注汽量对油浆炉管结焦的影响。结果表明:当掺炼6.0%(质量分数)的催化油浆时,除焦化蜡油的芳烃含量增加较为明显外,对焦化产物的质量和收率影响较小;以催化油浆为原料与以减渣为主的焦化原料相比,焦化汽油和焦化柴油收率分别降低了10.46,19.07百分点,焦化气体、焦化蜡油和焦炭收率分别增加了3.04,6.94,19.50百分点;增大注汽量和降低加热炉出口温度可显著减缓炉管结焦趋势。In order to avoid the influence of directly blending FCC slurry in coking unit on the service life of heating furnace tube,the technical route of heating separately of FCC slurry,then blending with the original heating feed of coking unit to coking tower was intended to adopt.In the pilot plant of delayed coking,based on the industrial plant of delayed coking and the process conditions of adding oil slurry heater,the pilot plant of blending partial FCC slurry into the coking feedstock mainly containing vacuum residue was carried out.The effects of slurry blending on the quality and yield of coking products were investigated,and the effects of outlet temperature and steam injection volume of slurry heater on the coking of slurry tube were investigated when all catalytic slurry was used as feedstock.The results showed that mixing 6.0% FCC slurry had little effect on the quality and yield of coking products except increasing of aromatic content of coking wax oil.When FCC slurry as feedstock only,the yield of coking gasoline and diesel oil decreased by 10.46 and 19.07 percentage points respectively,while the yield of coking gas,coking wax oil and coke increased by 3.04,6.94 and 19.50 percentage points respectively compared with the vacuum residue as feedstock.Furthermore,increasing steam injection volume and decreasing outlet temperature of heater could significantly slow down the coking trend of heating furnace tube.
